WHAT IS A SUPPORT GROUP?

Stroke support groups are a safe and supportive space to try things again, to learn more about stroke and self-care and to build your confidence as you rebuild your life after stroke.

Stroke support groups meet in different ways, some are meeting face to face, others are providing support online.

JOIN OUR SUPPORT GROUP

At Hillingdon Stroke Support we run a friendly, volunteer-led support group each week for stroke survivors and their carers across
the borough. Our sessions provide a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, rebuild confidence, and connect with others
who understand the journey after a stroke.

We also offer guidance, advice, and connections to local services, helping members overcome challenges and access the
support they need to regain independence and enjoy a full, active life
