On Monday, our group was delighted to meet our new Community Partner today, Mughda, of Radfield Home Care Northwood, Ruislip & Uxbridge.

Radfield Home Care Northwood, Ruislip & Uxbridge is dedicated to providing outstanding visiting care and live in care for people who wish to live independently in their own homes. They deliver their services without compromise, guided by the commitment to the Be There promise; helping our nation age well while staying connected to the people, places, and routines that matter most to them.

Today, their expert team delivers home care services for people living with a wide range of needs. This includes specialised support for those affected by conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and respiratory illnesses, and cancer support. Radfield understand that behind every care plan is a family looking for peace of mind, and they are here to provide exactly that.

Their services are designed to be responsive to the changing needs of clients. Radfield offer a comprehensive suite of support options, ranging from companionship visits, to respite care for family carers in need of a break, to post-hospital discharge care to help individuals settle back into home life safely.
